This policy explains what image-to-text.ai collects and how we handle your files. We keep it short on purpose.
Your files
Files you upload are used only to perform the conversion you requested. They are processed on our servers and then automatically deleted shortly afterwards. We do not keep copies, we do not train models on your files, and we do not sell them.
What we store
To run the job queue we temporarily store minimal job metadata (the tool used, status, timestamps). We use a cookie to keep your session and credit balance. We do not require an account.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools and guides are useful. This does not identify you personally.
Credits & payments
If you buy queue-priority credits, payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card details.
